Laravel project fails to load fine over https but works fine in http

haproxy https missconfiguration
nginx https missconfiguration
lets encrypt cert ready and loaded on nginx virtual host

traffic flow is
user --- haproxy--nginx virtual host

the problem
https laravel website fails to load some sections / admin users missing: https://juimonos.com/signup
http method works fine all sections will load and display correctly: see attachment
