Laravel expert, web programmer

I have a website to upload and share content as a social network, currently you can upload videos, images, audio and files in zip format. The work to be done will be:
-Add uncompressed files directly, in apk, pdf, doc, epub format among others most used and recommended by the expert developer or programmer. the language to work is laravel.
