Laravel expert need migration of website and should be expert in digital ocean

I don't have the ssh keys and mysql so you need to go directly to digital ocean and take the back install the server on the other droplet and without a single data loss, you need to do migration and everything should work properly. You should be expert in Digital ocean to do this work... and need a good and fast work
