Laravel expert - analyse and correct website errors

Good afternoon,
I have a website developed in Laravel.
I would like to have an expert in the Laravel area with me.
The site is written in 4 languages and detects the country for which language it should appear.
It also has several internal developments like:
- two price tables;
- integration with the VIES database to check VAT numbers
- bank gateway integration;
To adjudicate any work needs to be done a survey of code errors, necessary improvements etc and a schedule of work.
