Laravel 5+ experince - 9 am start -full time, dedicated - Monday to Sat

I am looking for a Full Time Laravel Senior with at least 5+ years of experience on an hourly basis.
Skills and Experience Required:
full time only,
Web cam tracking
5+ years experience in Laravel and API integration,
Must be able to do the follwoing tasks:
a- building and customizing laravel shopping cart,
b- WhatsApp API integration with the shoping cart:
- A customer gets a whatsapp message with links: Accept/ Delcine/ Modify Order
If a customer click the whatsapp message link>> the shopping cart gets updated without the need to visit our website,
- A customer can review our menu from whatsapp, without the need to visit the website directly
