Laravel developer needed for API / workflow project
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking to engage a Laravel developer, to assist with the creation of a project that will set-up an API (or series of API's), administrative backend, and workflow. You will need to base this on a stable, supported release of Laravel, creating all the necessary migrations, models, routes, middleware, controllers, etc.
The main functions we are looking for are:
1. Create an API that receives data via POST from an external source. Transactions will be multipart, including data and files. The API will need to be able to accept file uploads too.
2. Complete validation on data (ie: ensure required fields are filled, max length, format, PDF files only, max file-size, etc). Return errors messages if validation fails, or accept and send success message if validation is successful.
3. For accepted transactions, these are sent into an administrative workflow.
4. As transactions move through the workflow steps, transaction status can be checked via the API.
5. When a transaction completed the workflow, a completed message is returned via the API. This message will be multipart, including data and files.
6. User/role security that only allows users to access transactions that they have submitted to the API.

Authentication - Suggested use of Sanctum, for simple API protection.
Admin Pages - Suggested use of CoreUI or AdminLTE, for admin panel.
Logging - All transactions, messages, steps and actions should be logged.
