Laravel dashboard fix on glitch for profile image of account holder

NOTE: Budget is not 600k, i just want to filter out the bots that autobid on max amount. job will go to best bid that can complete within 3 days. We have a Laravel coded online service on Digital Ocean droplet with Ubuntu, The dashboard is bootstrap php and we need to fix a bug that is not allowing us to update the logo image of the account holder or the phone number for the profile. We only have access through our dashboard control panel wich is an online terminal access and it will be a connection through our pc and you will connect remotely, Please don't ask for the software to review and for direct access to server.
