Laravel / angular developer needed

we need to change our player or find a solution to play HLS
currently we have plyr which plays Mp4s
and shakaplayer which plays dash and hls
shakaplayer does NOT play hls in iphone (we have tried many times)
i have plaid about with hls.js and plyr and got hls working in ios BUT NOT in PC browser
I need some one THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO resolve this
