Laravel Web Application

We are looking for a full stack developer (with an emphasis on backend experience) to develop a new web based application. This is a greenfield project but we require it to be built in Laravel in order to align with our existing software applications. On the frontend, our preference would be Vue 3, Livewire, traditional Blade or a combination of these. Basic knowledge of AWS services would also be helpful too but not necessary.
