Rebuild Existing Website Using Laravel + Vue.js (Frontend + Backend + Admin Panel)

Project Overview:
I own the website https://buyerseller.asia. The design, layout, and content are fully owned by me. The current version uses a third-party theme from ThemeForest as a placeholder. Now, I am ready to launch a fully custom-coded version using modern frameworks.

I’m looking to hire a highly skilled freelance team or agency to:

Recreate the current site layout and graphics exactly as-is
Develop the backend using Vue.js (Composition API + TailwindCSS)
frontend the backend using Laravel 11
Create a user-friendly Admin Panel
Ensure the project follows best practices, modern tech standards, and includes PWA capabilities

Project Requirements:
1. Frontend Development (Vue.js + TailwindCSS)
Match current design pixel-perfectly

Fully responsive (desktop/tablet/mobile)

Progressive Web App (PWA) setup

Smooth animations and loading states

WCAG 2.1 Accessibility compliance

2. Backend Development (Laravel 11)
REST API or Inertia.js architecture

Authentication (Sanctum or JWT)

Role-based access controls

Dynamic content & category management
