Small CRM system buind rebuild. I need someone with GOOD, VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, that know now to follow instructions, and have sense of UX/UI to do a few small tasks paid by hour. If he proves is good, have some 2/3 months project tasks. I am tired of poor quality of work, I will attach a quick sample of what is acceptable and what is not. Budget: 10-10 USD/hour
