Laravel & Vue.js/React/Ajax Specialist ( No agency or coordinator please )

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help build the new version of our community platform ( BrokersADDA )using Laravel and Vue.js. The new version is being developed by me but need help in fine tune few pages and add front end tech for speeding up the search pages. Some new functionalities are also required.

The site is already running for the last few years. Now working on the next version with a totally new business model. I am not very conversant of any front end tech so most of the pages are simple php pages. Thats where I need an experienced developer. The future plan is to go for an appp also ( may be flutter based ).


Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Laravel and Vue.js/React/Ajax
- Experience in developing social platforms
- Capable of creating user profiles, messaging systems, and activity feeds
- Exposure to real estate site development
- Chat functionality ( may be using ajax )
- Api integration ( whatsapp , razorpay, google maps, etc )
- The developer must have a bit of experience in developing a learning management system (LMS).

Ideal Skills:
- Strong backend and frontend development skills
- Familiarity with database management and API integration
- Ability to work independently without agency coordination

Note : No coordinators or agencies please. Want to hire a full time experienced freelancer only.

The project will be divided in small milestones ( smaller and complete functionalities ).
