Laravel + Vue.js / Nuxt.js

we have an online platform based on Laravel. We would like to add Vue.js or Nuxt.js or whatever makes the most sense to our members area (for logged-in users).
We are also looking at the same time, at rebuilding our member's area using dashboards such as this one: https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic8/demo15/account/overview.html Would this work with Vue/Nuxt/etc.?
