Laravel Telecom Operations System

Job ID: 40529109

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I have already laid the foundations of a full-stack ISP & Telecom Operations Management System on Laravel 12 (PHP 8.2, MySQL, Bootstrap, Blade, AJAX, WebSockets). What I still need is production-ready code that closes the functional gaps around the three most time-critical modules:

• Customer onboarding – automated account creation, KYC document upload, plan selection, and welcome notifications
• Service delivery management – workflow tracking from purchase order to live circuit, including asset assignments and progress SLA timers
• Network monitoring integration – pull live device status/metrics into the platform so Support Staff see alarms in the same dashboard customers use for tickets

The application uses a single UI with role-based restrictions (Administrator, Support Staff, Customer). Policies and middleware are already scaffolded; your job is to wire the new features into that structure without breaking multi-company tenancy, finance/invoicing hooks, or existing APIs.

Deliverables
• Eloquent models, migrations, seeders, and controllers covering the three modules
• Blade views that inherit the current Bootstrap theme and rely on AJAX for snappy UX
• Integration code (preferably SNMP or REST) that feeds real-time monitoring data through WebSockets to Laravel Echo
• Unit/feature tests and concise README so future contributors can extend the work
• Export templates via Laravel Excel and PDFs via DomPDF where reports or invoices are generated

Acceptance criteria will be a passing test suite, no failing Laravel Pint or PHPUnit checks, and a short demo over a shared screen that walks me through each workflow end to end.

If you are comfortable moving quickly inside a modern Laravel codebase and can keep your commits clean and documented, let’s get started.

There are some bugs whcih has to be rectified and further deveopemnt of few modules areto be completed
