Laravel/Tailwind/AlpineJS - Small Project
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
The system is to be used to track PT (personal trainer) sessions for PT's.
When they go to the main website
domain.com will be a register / login page this is for the PTs
once they register they get put on hold with a screen which says their account is getting processed and they will receive an email manually from us which will show them how to complete their registration
super admins can create / remove / login as / activate accounts
When you create an account you also set your subdomain
ie: joeblogs.domain.com
When the PT logs in at domain.com it will take the to a dashboard where they can create and manage a client:
Name
Surname
Phone Number
Email Address
Session Length (default 1 hour, they can change it to 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 minuets)
They can also manage their packages:
Hours
Price
Active
Purchase Link
My default they will have
5 hours
10 hours
15 hours
20 hours
already created they just need to edit it and set prices
A client can register either by a PT creating them or joeblogs.domain.com/register
Once they sign up they will get an email thanking them and that can be customised by the PT in a template section
the PT will have a QR code on their dashboard with a download button which will take the client to
joeblogs.domain.com/register-session
it will then take them to a page which asks for their phone number - they enter it then get a text message with a 4-digit code which is their password, then it will just register that they have done that time on their account to what ever their default is. It will then remove it from their available time which is the packages, it will also ask to remember the login so next time they scan the QR code it just gives you a button with New Session so they don't need to login as there is a cookie on their device remembering them for 30 days.
When they have 14 hours left out of 15 hours on their package for example they will get an email (can be changed with the templates) saying to purchase more time, with a link to joeblogs.domain.com/purchase with the same login, after it will show all the packages listed they can click one with the purchase link (opens in a new tab) then the PT will get an email that X client opened X package to purchase and to check as they might need to add it to their account.
In the client section in the dashboard, the PT can view the client's package purchase history, their remaining hours, add hours and their session history (scanned QR code)
If you run out of the hours you will get another customised email.
