Laravel Script Modification & UI Changes

Hi,
I am Looking for Someone who has Experience in Laravel & Vuejs.
The Project has 3 Components -
1. Install the Laravel Script Purchased from Codecanyon to AWS or DigitalOcean. - Timeline Immediate
2. Make Some Minor Modifications in the Script -
Its an Online Exam Software. We need to create a Function wherein the Admin Side User can Put a limit on the Number of Questions a Student can answer in a Given test. - Timeline 3 Days
Eg: The Test has 50 Qs but the Limit can be set so that the user can only asnwer 40 Qs Max.
3. Change the UI of the Front End to Match the Desired UI.
- TimeLine 7 Days
