Laravel Project Update - Docker & Google Cloud Expert

1. This is a news portal developed in Laravel with Docker Library.
2. The project is hosted on Google cloud. Your responsibility to work on Google cloud server - update file and database and deploy everything and update the Github repository too.
3. You must be very experienced on Laravel, Docker, Google Cloud and Github.
4. Strict deadline must be followed
Project brief: 1st Phase
This is a news portal having different news sub sites as per location and handled from same CMS. You have to update the Banner part coding for news page and news details page.
The banner will be rotational and dynamic. Each banner must have option to multiple click event point. Option to add random or custom order for banner from CMS. Currently https://flexitive.com/ technology is used for banner link events.
Need to implement banner click events tracking which can be checked from CMS admin.

On successful completion of the 1st phase of the work, we will start working on the upcoming phases - each phase will be new project as soon as possible.
