Laravel 9 Project Modifcation

Hellp we have a small e-commrece laravel app recently we upgraded to laravel 9 from laravel 5.6
for now we are using Twig templete engine we need to change it to blade or any other modren one there is a minimal UI reqired also we need to add BTCPAY Server as payment method i will put a link blew of BTCPAY SERVER

here is list of task should be done

1- Chnage theme + change temeplete engine twig to blade or better one available
2- need to make some curd optations like we dont have option to enable disable payment methods and we cant edit remove categories from admin panel . need to add this to admin for now we only can view categories can't add and remove

3- create new function in admin panel which will be use to creat edit or delete products for now we can only view products in admin panel
