Laravel Oauth App Enhancement

I need help to modify my Laravel 8 app, which currently supports Microsoft and Google logins.

The project requires two main changes:

Add Apple Pay Support:
- The app should be expanded to use the Apple Pay module.
- Integration should ensure keys are auto-updated (refer to Socialite docs).
- Guidance on setting up the necessary Apple account for authentication.

Implement URL Encoding System:
- Develop a simple encoding system to generate encoded keys.
- Add an option to force encoding for the connecting app.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Laravel, especially Laravel 8.
- Experience with OAuth and Socialite.
- Familiarity with Apple Pay integration.
- Strong understanding of URL encoding and security practices.
