Laravel, Next.jsm MySQL website template upgrade (custom)

You will be upgrading an existing web template with the necessary features needed. The freelancer that will be a part of this project should be fluent in Laravel and Next.js frameworks as well as overall expertise in front and back end technologies that will result in a functioning website that needs little to no maintenance.
