Laravel & Network expert needed for small task

I am looking for a developer having strong knowledge of IP addresses. We want a code script in Laravel where the parent child hierarchy of IP address should be made. I will provide function which specify what is parent and what IP address is child. Developer needs to create an array and display output in the form of tree.

Please contact those people only, who understood the job and have the knowledge of IP address, CIDR's and parent child hierarchy. This is just a one hour job.
