Laravel MongoDB User Roles & Permissions " See Document in the Attachment"

I'm looking for a Laravel MongoDB developer to help me create a user roles and permissions.
Currently we have only a Template without any DB so in this case we have 2 Steps to complete the project.
U will work only on our Admindashoard, we will provide u the Template and if u need the Host as well, but we recommand u to use ur local.
in Step #1 :
We are going to the Design PArt following the Figm Design and u can use the Elements in our Templates, the Design is for all the 3 User Type
U have to use the Icins in SVG our Figma and we need Clean Design, after the Design is done, u have to deliver us a backup and then we can move with Step #2
Step#2
In this Case u have to Setup MongoDB and start crete and Roles and Permission for each user type, once u done u have to deliver us the MongoDB where will integrate that to our Project.
We need after Dne DB MAp and Documenation what is important
Except this tasks u have nothing else to do, if we like ur work we will offer ur more project in future.
