Laravel Membership Platform

I’m interested in the project you recently posted.
I have been a professional Web developer for 6 years, and I am very familiar with PHP, Laravel,UX|UI design,and integration 3th party APIs such as Stripe, AWS that is necessary for this project.
You had mentioned that you are going to build Membership Platform that have many services such as social, courses, marketplace, booking, blog, affiliate etc and be allowed to set the roles, permissions, membership access, and manage users by Vanguard service.
As I’ve already built some websites similar to what you are going to build now I am very confident I am a right candidate.

1.Do you have any documentation for all services and details?
2.Do you have any UI design plan for overall platform and which stack are you planning for front-end?
3.As you know this platform will necessary many 3th party services(Video Conferencing, Realtime Chatting...), so which API service platform do you prefer?
From my experience, I suggest something follows.
1.You need to provide specific document for all services and works.
2. I suggest you React.js framework for Front-end stack.
3. I suggest you to use AWS or Firebase service.
Moving forward, I can dedicate 40 hours/week to you, and my hourly rate is negotiable.
