Laravel Lead-Gen Portal Development

I need a Laravel-based web portal that turns fire-safety enquiries into qualified leads within a one-month build window.

Front-end scope
• Fire-Maintenance Inquiry Form: the layout is already finalised, just build and style it.
• Product Catalogue: around 20 items; we’ll give you photos and basic specs. Clicking any item should capture a lead.
• About Us, Service, Blog/Video and Contact pages: all text, images and videos will be supplied. These three areas—catalogue, blog/video and service section—must be editable through a simple CMS interface so my team can update them without touching code.
• SEO-friendly structure and meta handling from day one.

Back-end requirements
• Secure lead database that collects every form or catalogue enquiry.
• Lead-conversion funnel: on each new submission, trigger a WhatsApp notification to us and schedule automatic follow-up reminders. You may work with the official WhatsApp Business API or a reliable third-party gateway as long as it’s maintainable.
• No user registration or login for visitors; only an admin panel for us.

Deliverables & acceptance
– Responsive Laravel site deployed to our already-purchased domain.
– Admin dashboard with CRUD for catalogue, blog/video and service pages.
– Integrated WhatsApp alert + reminder flow tested end-to-end.
– Clean, commented code and a short hand-over guide.
