Laravel JSON API Backend Development

I’m looking for a Laravel specialist to build a clean, well-documented JSON API backend. The core goal is to expose RESTful endpoints that my front-end team can consume with minimal friction.

Scope
• Design database schema (MySQL) based on the entities I’ll share.
• Implement CRUD endpoints, pagination, and search filters.
• Add token-based authentication (Laravel Sanctum or Passport—whichever you’re comfortable with).
• Include basic rate-limiting and validation to keep requests secure and tidy.
• Write concise OpenAPI / Swagger documentation so new developers can plug in instantly.

Deliverables
1. Full Laravel project with organised folders, .env example, and migration files.
2. Postman collection (or Insomnia export) covering every route.
3. Setup instructions that let me run php artisan migrate:fresh && php artisan serve and start testing right away.
