Laravel Inertia, Quiz Single Page Application modification -- 2

Objectives of the Project:(Breif Video Attached)
The project aims to achieve the following objectives:

A) User Side:
Create a new route "/qbank" that displays the Card view of all the practice sets based on the current logged-in user
and chosen syllabus.
Display all "skill_id" entries corresponding to the current user's "sub_category_id" on the MySQL table, considering
factors such as user subscription status and active package.


B) Admin Side:
"Manage Test" Section - [Quizzes] and [Exam] Sections:
B.1 While Viewing Question:
Implement a feature to enable bulk selection of questions using a "Select all checkbox" and provide an option to
remove selected questions simultaneously via a button placed in the top right corner.
Retain all existing features and functionalities as currently available.

B.2 While Adding Question:
Implement a feature to enable bulk selection of questions using a "Select all checkbox" and provide an option to add
selected questions simultaneously via a button placed in the top right corner.
Retain all existing features and functionalities as currently available.

B.3 Enhance Search Function:
Remove pre-existing filters for Tags and Difficulty levels.
Implement two new filters: "Section" and "Subcategories" for improved search functionality
