Laravel & Flutter Upgrade Project

I have a Laravel 7 and Flutter 3.x project that I'm looking to upgrade. I need someone with experience in both technologies to assist with this.

Requirements:
- Upgrade the current Laravel 7 to the latest version
- Upgrade the existing Flutter 3.x to the latest version
- Ensure that the app's functionalities remain intact post-upgrade

Ideal skills and experience:
- Previous experience in upgrading Laravel projects
- Proficiency in Flutter and experience upgrading Flutter applications
- Strong understanding of app functionalities and potential challenges with upgrades
