Laravel+Flutter Full stack devs for rebranding codecanyon projects
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
We are a team of lancers who work as a company and are looking to add team members in our existing dev team on per project basis to rebrand codecanyon projects. Indian, Pak, Bangla, Nepal, Nigeria devs are welcome.
This project is not for teams and agents. Only for individual devs with average to good skills.
Pay is according to working for a dev team, and not according to end client budgets, we know it, so bid only if you are okay working on below terms as it is same for all of us, all team members. Use our projects to monetise your extra 4 hours a day, which were otherwise not making you anything.
Work includes :
1. rebranding projects
2. upgrading dependecies to latest (which will again be useful in future projects done on same script)
3. smoothen flow and bug fixes to ensure all functions work perfectly (usually required in first project done on a particular script, which will again be used in future projects done on same script. We usually assign work on few particular scripts to each dev, so that this needs to be done minimum number of times).
4. Recurring projects based on expertise, and project flow (usually 1-5 projects per month per lancer depending on work quality, ethics, expertise and behavior).
Pay : We are all developers, no end clients, and get a fixed budget from our managers to perform tasks. Everybody knows what time which task takes, and payments are fixed accordingly by the managers.
1. Single App projects : INR1500-2000
2. 2/3 Apps (user, vendor, delivery boy) projects : INR3000
3. Custom projects on lump sum based on work (given only to devs who are part of rebranding team from time to time as extending functions on scripts, or complete projects according to requirements)
Must have :
1. Honest - budget is never increased beyond what is mentioned above. lancers who quote one amount and then ask more, we do not work with them.
2. timely delivery - projects should not be deprioritized, you should be able to say no when you are already occupied too much and rebranding in most cases must be finished within 2-5 working days. Other assigned tasks should also be finished within the given timeline. In case project is not completed on time, it is reassigned to another dev.
3. No contact with clients - all of us as devs are not allowed to contact clients and that forms the term of agreement before joining team as clients all belong to company and managers, and not us. It is a legal requirement.
4. All payments only on lancer - all payment will be done only on lancer
Ideal freelancer's experience and skills:
- Proven expertise in Laravel and Flutter
- Have experience in working with codecanyon projects in ecommerce, delivery segements
- Proficiency in implementing push notifications with onesignal, firebase
- Capable of establishing in-app messaging capabilities etc
- average English skills required, we also speak Hindi.
