1. Backend & Architecture (Laravel Expert)

· Strong expertise in PHP 8.x & Laravel 10/11 (MVC, Eloquent ORM, Service Providers)
· Advanced experience in RESTful API development, authentication (Sanctum/Passport), and API versioning
· Proven ability to implement complex commission logic & automated invoicing systems
· Hands-on experience with Queues, Jobs & Task Scheduling

2. Mobile Development (Flutter)

· Intermediate to Expert level in Flutter & Dart
· Experience with state management tools (Provider / Riverpod / GetX)
· Strong integration skills with:
· Google Maps SDK
· Firebase Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications)
· REST APIs

3. Database & Performance

· Advanced knowledge of MySQL (normalization, indexing)
· Experience optimizing queries for large-scale property catalogs
· Familiarity with Redis caching for high-performance systems

4. DevOps & Cloud

· Experience with Linux VPS (AWS / DigitalOcean) deployment
· Proficiency in Nginx / Apache configuration
· Strong discipline in Git workflows (GitHub / GitLab)
