Laravel Fashion E-Commerce Build

I’m setting up an online clothing store and need a complete e-commerce site built in PHP Laravel (Laravel + WooCommerce is acceptable if you prefer working within WordPress). The shop will carry five departments—Men, Women, Accessories, and Sale—with every product offered in multiple colors and sizes. Shoppers must be able to filter by size, color, and department and locate items quickly through search.

Key workflow requirements
• Account access and checkout both rely on SMS-based OTP, so the build must include a reliable SMS gateway and simple controls in the back office to toggle or update its settings.
• Credit-card processing is the first priority for payments; I’m open to adding PayPal or a local gateway later, so keep the codebase modular.
• The admin panel should make it painless to add, edit, or retire products, manage customer records, review orders, and issue discount codes or promotions.

All pages need to be responsive so customers have a smooth experience on mobile as well as desktop.

• Fully functional Laravel (or Laravel + WooCommerce) storefront with variant handling and advanced filtering
• Integrated SMS authentication for login and checkout verification
