Laravel Expert for a quick issue

I'm working on a Laravel project where I'm submitting a contact form using POST method and 419 page expired error.
However, after form submission, the page goes blank and no data appears. I'm using var_dump($request->all()); exit; in my controller, but it's not showing anything.
I need an expert to:
Debug and fix the form submission
Make sure the controller is receiving data properly
Help me understand what went wrong
