Laravel Expert required | No coordinators or agencies please.

I need a skilled professional to assist in modifying my existing web application built on Laravel. This project primarily involves adding new features and enhancing the application's performance.
My site is proprangers.com. The site is primarily a MVP and using simple php. No frontend tech is used. I am looking for a laravel + a frontend test expert.
The site is somewhat similar to freelancer site ( a short version ).
Following are few of my requirements :
1. Signup with both email and sms.
2. Chat facility as in freelancer.com. Or simply improve the existing in the website with proper front tech.
3. Correct and improved payment gateway integration.
4. Improve search page+ 2 more pages with front tech to improve the page speed.
Would like to deal directly with an experienced freelancer. No agency or any coordinator. Even if you are not a full-time freelancer, it will suffice.
The site is not launched yet. Finally planning to have a mobile app.
