Laravel Expert for Site Script Merging

I am in need of an individual highly experienced in Laravel and CSS who can successfully merge script 3 on my website with a single login profile. Additionally, this project involves some important tweaking with existing authentication issues on the site. The last, but not least part of the project is to enhance the layout arrangement of the user interface ensuring it is more aesthetically pleasing and easier for users to navigate. Ideally, candidates would have exceptional skills in Laravel, CSS, UI design, and troubleshooting.
