Laravel Expert Needed for User Authentication

I need a proficient Laravel expert with deep knowledge in Vue.js. The project entails implementing a robust user authentication system, enabling users to register and login using multiple methods including mobile.
I have developed a site www.brokersadda.com. It is developed by me on laravel framework. Now I am looking for a laravel + vue.js expert for some improvements in the project.
First project : Presently use can signup/login with email. I need to improve the signup and login process and user should be able to login/signup with mobile also. It means that user is required to verify his email id as well as mobile number. Then he can login with either email id or mobile number. The required html will be handled by me.
Once the first project is successfully then there are many more functionalities required.
Experience in similar projects would be a bonus. This project requires a developer with a keen attention to detail who can deliver a seamless user experience.
My budget for this first job is $50. Don't bid more than $50.
