Laravel 8 Expert Developer Required

I'm in need of a highly skilled Laravel 8 developer for my project. Key tasks will include:
- Implementation of user authentication and authorization: Ensuring system security by developing policies and procedures for logging in and accessing information.
- Data migration, seeding, and factories: Shifting data from our old systems, creating replicas of our data for testing purposes, and initializing databases with a set of data.
- Testing and debugging: Ensuring the system runs smoothly, no bugs go unnoticed and any issues that arise are promptly resolved.
Preference will be given to freelancers who have expertise in MySQL as it is the preferred database management system for this project. It's vital that candidates have excellent problem solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a portfolio that demonstrates their proficiency in Laravel, specifically version 8.
