Hello

We need when uploading images to portfolio they show in portfolio page
and on homepage as latest uploaded

First links generated on homepage are not working and not redirecting to portfolio view page

Second, when we upload images we need the site to automatically adjust the size of the uploaded images so all will remain in the sam size
we dont need a resize maybe just to show part of the image if possible
