Laravel Developer with Vue.js Needed

As the project owner, I'm on the search for a highly skilled and dedicated Laravel developer who is also proficient with Vue.js.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our project using Laravel and Vue.js. Don't fret about the Laravel version. We're flexible and open to using Laravel 5.8, 6.x, or 7.x, depending on your experience and preference.
- Manage and build upon the existing codebase to improve its performance and scalability.
Must-Have Skills:
- Solid understanding and experience with Laravel and Vue.js
- Knowledge of best practices for PHP development
- Strong experience in backend development using Laravel and frontend development using Vue.js
- Experience with databases
Project Specific Requirements:
- A specific feature I'd like to see is the handling of a KYC (Know Your Customer) photo upload issue. Hence, I'd prefer if you have experience in troubleshooting and resolving such matters.
- Do note that we do not have any specific KYC service providers for the photo uploads, so your flexibility in handling various photo upload operations is crucial.
