Laravel Developer for App Enhancement & Optimization

We need an experienced Laravel developer to enhance, optimize, and scale our existing Laravel-based application. This is a long-term opportunity to work on a growing product with clear requirements and structured workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance and improve functionality of existing Laravel application
• Develop and implement new features based on business requirements
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs efficiently
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills:
• 3+ years of strong experience with Laravel framework
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization
• Experience with REST APIs and database design
• Proficiency in Git/version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills for remote collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with React.js (frontend integration is a big plus)
• Experience working on existing/live systems and feature enhancements
• Understanding of scalability and system performance improvements

Availability Requirements:
• Must be available during Indian working hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)
• Should be responsive and aligned with team communication during working hours
