Laravel Developer Needed for a Small Project

We are seeking a WEB developer to create a 5-page basic application website with two panels: user and admin. The website will facilitate user registration and login, enabling users to fill out a form. Once submitted, the form will be accessible to the admin panel for review, where applications can be accepted or rejected. The admin will also have the ability to communicate with users via messaging, with users having the option to reply. Email and dashboard notifications for admin when the application form is updated and user application statuses are essential features of this project.
