Laravel Developer Needed for Enhancements to Emergency Seva Vehicle Tracking Software

I am looking for a Laravel developer to help me complete some functionalities in my vehicle tracking and emergency medical response system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete specific functionalities in the system
- Debug any existing issues
- Ensure system is running smoothly
The successful freelancer will be able to provide a detailed project proposal and ideally have:
- Proven experience working with Laravel
- A good understanding of vehicle tracking systems
- A background in developing emergency medical response systems

Project Title: Enhancements to Emergency Seva Vehicle Tracking Software
Project Overview:
Emergency Seva is an emergency medical response initiative designed to provide swift and efficient assistance to road accident and heart attack victims. Our software system requires enhancements to the vehicle tracking functionality to improve response times and streamline coordination between victims, telecallers, ambulance drivers, and hospitals.
Existing Functionalities:
QR code scanning for location capture.
Data visibility for telecallers to see victim’s location and bystander’s mobile number.
Enhancements Needed:
We need a freelancer developer to implement the following enhancements to the vehicle tracking software:
Detailed Requirements:
Form Enhancements:
Latitude and Longitude: Save latitude and longitude in a text box.
Additional Fields: Add two additional text boxes for mobile number and victim's name (if available).
ID Generation: Automatically generate an ID in the yymmddsn format (year, month, date, and serial number of cases for that date). Example: 24070801 (first trip on 8th July 2024).
Map and Marker Enhancements:
Marker Placement: Automatically place a marker on the map for the victim’s location. The marker should remain until the trip is completed.
Marker Hover Details: On hovering over the marker, display details including ID, mobile number, victim’s name (if available), and latitude/longitude.
Task Form Integration: Auto-fill these details in the task form and activate the POI tab automatically.
Hospital and Ambulance Search:
Hospital Search Box: Add a search box to search for hospitals. Upon selection, display the hospital name, location, and mobile number.
Ambulance Search Box: Add a search box to search for the nearest ambulance. Upon selection, display the driver’s name, ambulance registration, location, and mobile number.
Task Management Enhancements:
Editable Tasks: Each item added in the task form should appear as an editable task in a task list.
Task Edit View: Implement an edit view for each task row to allow modifications after saving.
Field Renaming and Data Display:
Field Renaming: Rename certain fields as specified:
“Partner Hospital” for the hospital field.
“Victim location link” for the location link of the accident victim.
Auto-Populate Ambulance ID: Ensure the ambulance ID is auto-populated in the relevant field.
Deliverables:
Updated front-end code to include new form fields and marker enhancements.
Enhanced back-end logic to handle ID generation, auto-filling of forms, and saving additional data fields.
Search functionality for hospitals and ambulances with display integration.
Editable task management system with the ability to view and edit task details.
Comprehensive documentation detailing the changes made and instructions for use.
Skills Required: Laravel
Proficiency in PHP (preferably CakePHP framework).
Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with Google Maps API or similar geolocation services.
Familiarity with MySQL database management.

Timeline:
