Laravel Developer Needed to Configure Twilio SMS, Email, and WhatsApp Notifications

Hi!
I have a Laravel-based system with Twilio integration (SMS, Email, and WhatsApp) already installed.
I need help completing the configuration and making the notification system fully functional.
Tasks:
Properly configure Twilio credentials (SID, Auth Token, Sender Numbers).
Set up and test SMS, Email (SMTP), and WhatsApp messaging.
Ensure that all notifications are sent successfully.
(Optional) Assist in setting up webhooks for Twilio if needed.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Laravel and Twilio API.
Knowledge of SMTP email configuration.
Ability to troubleshoot and test efficiently.
Good communication skills in English.
