Laravel Based Backend Development and Api development

We need backend for the mobile app and its APIs as well, project is small and we are expecting in 2 days only . Here I am attaching complete requirements document, it contents apk file of front as well, if any doubt then can ask. we need all these in laravel 9.
For the admin portion freelancer can use basic theme .
