Laravel Backend Integrated Flutter Demi-Eye

I'm looking for a skilled professional to develop a mobile application, compatible with both iOS and Android platforms, using Flutter, and integrated with Laravel as the backend framework.
The app must include these key features:
- A comprehensive User registration and login system
- An innovative push notification system
- A real-time chat feature.
Although I have some rudimentary design concepts, I am very open to expert suggestions and innovative thinking. The user interface should be designed prioritizing user-interaction and should be easy to navigate.
Ideal skills and experience would include expertise in Flutter and Laravel, prior experience building interactive mobile applications, and a strong knack for user-friendly designs. Demonstrated experience in designing user registration, chat and notification systems would be an added advantage.
