Laravel Backend Bug Fixes

Job ID: 40018313

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

My Laravel application is throwing me curve-balls on the server side. Business logic that should run predictably is instead producing inconsistent results and occasional silent failures. I have ruled out obvious syntax errors; the issue sits somewhere in the backend flow—likely in a service class, queued job, event listener, or an Eloquent relationship that’s misbehaving.

What I need from you is a clean, well-documented fix that restores expected behavior without introducing regressions. Feel free to use Laravel Telescope, Xdebug, or any other debugging tools you prefer; just keep the stack unchanged (Laravel 11, PHP 8.3, MySQL).

Acceptance criteria
• Identify the precise cause of the unexpected behavior.
• Deliver corrected code via Git with clear commit messages.
• Supply a brief changelog explaining what was wrong, why, and how it was fixed.
• All existing tests must pass; add a new unit or feature test that proves the bug will not resurface.

I’ll provide repository access and a concise walkthrough of the issue on a staging copy as soon as we start.
