Laravel Admindashboard for SocialMedia Project

Hello potential freelancers,
I am looking for a talented programmer to help me create an administrative dashboard for a SocialMedia Project using the Laravel framework. The system should be able to create and manage content. It will be developed in Laravel and there is no need for a CMS as part of this project.
The ideal candidate for this job will have experience with the Laravel framework and REST API, seen it used in similar projects, have knowledge of managing user profiles and manipulating media files, and have strong coding skills.
This project requires an experienced and reliable individual who can deliver results in a timely manner and is motivated to do a job well done.
we already have a Dashboard in HTML, but that's too old, and isn't Modern enough to used, in this case we decide for new one.

For now, we need the Dashboard ready to add content like Music, some Videos, News, Events.
It is Ongoing Project, then we prepare this dashboard to connect our Mobile app to it in future using RESTAPI.
