1. You must use "Screenshot Monitor" our version of the Employee Tracker when working on this project.
2. Quote Once and don't increase your price or timeline afterward. If you don't read the project description while placing the quote then it's your mistake.
3. This is a Fixed-Cost and Fixed-Term Project. Therefore, no negotiations.

Background - We have an existing CRM built on Laravel (up & running) and we would like to enhance its leads functionality. Please refer to the attached images 1 & 2 of how it looks currently. Image 3,4,5,5.1 - how it should look like.

Requirements -
1. As stated in the requirement images. Non-negotiables. Also, we would like to incorporate Lead Scoring capability. (As mentioned in 3,4,5, and 5.1).
Please Note - E-the signature must be compliant with the US - e-sign Act and UETA (Uniform Electronic Transactions Act), European Union - eIDAS (Electronic Identification and Trust Services Regulation), and other countries' laws.
2. Further, Leads captured via Form should work as per the flow chart in image 6.
