Install and configure purchased flutter app on server including laravel admin panel and perfectly sync with the .apk and .ipa

I am looking for competent and experienced freelancers to install and configure a purchased flutter app on an VPS server, including a laravel admin panel that is perfectly synced between the admin and app.
The app is already built. Just need to install and configure in my VPS server and release .apk and .ipa.
No hard coding needed. The project is to install & configure and make sure admin & app sync perfectly.
The selected freelancers should demonstrate detailed project proposals in their submission, showing off their past work and experience.
Should the successful freelancers demonstrate the required understanding and knowledge, then they will be able to proceed with the installation and configuration process. The freelancers should give me the admin panel with perfectly sync with .apk and .ipa
