Implementation and development of tourism site in Laravel

I am interested in the implementation in Laravel of the following options:
• Online payment methods directly in hotel accounts

• Black Friday option in the dashboard and a dedicated page

• Terms and conditions that hoteliers set for their reservations and
• Membership terms and conditions
• Membership option (hotel buys a subscription on my site, keeps track of package types and notifies customers when they expire)
• WhatsApp notifications
• Custom site design
• Website design and display changes
• The reservation system needs a custom change (Bulk Price Edit photo attached)
• Custom holiday voucher modification
