- Generate pricing recommendations for rooms or properties based on real-time market data (via BrightData) and Booking.com and airbnb.com availability/pricing.
- Factors to consider: competitor pricing, local events, seasonality, occupancy rates, and demand trends.
3. Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence:
- Users can view competitor pricing and availability within a customizable radius (e.g., 5 km) or choose city also
