Help to fix an error on payment section that keep coming after clear server caches ! Laravel

I need a really laravel expert to check this error that keeps on coming once we clear server caches. And sometimes it works again once we cleared caches one more time. It's something that I cant understand and I need to fix this once and for all! Therefore I need someone who really knows about this error and got the experience I don't want anyone who wants to spend time looking for what the issue might be, cuz is crystal clear on the error page and I have explained when it happens .
